As an Executive Coach and facilitator, Jennifer is committed to partnering with leaders and teams to help clarify their vision, align with values and purpose, and build awareness of behaviors and perspectives so they can build the skills needed to lead through complexity. She has collaborated with leaders across a diverse range of industries including technology, entertainment, management consulting, healthcare, and creative agencies.

Her passion for the people side of business is matched by her business experience across several industries and functions. Prior to becoming a coach, Jennifer served as a management consultant at A.T. Kearney and Bain & Co. As a brand manager at Neutrogena Corp, she led global cross-functional teams to develop and launch 8 new products. She began her coaching journey 10 years ago as a career coach to MBA students at UCLA Anderson where she also lectured on career development topics.

Jennifer brings to her coaching a unique combination of analytical thinking, keen intuition and curiosity, and an ability to connect deeply to understand a client’s innate needs and challenges – enabling her to blend a deeply empathetic and practical approach in guiding leaders and their teams.

A native Bostonian, Jennifer lives in Los Angeles with her husband and 2 children where she takes full advantage of year-round tennis and hikes.
