Christina Colton

Christina has spent the past 20 years guiding major organizations in adapting and leading others through successful change. Drawing from her doctoral work on learning, leadership and change at Columbia University, and her experience as a global executive coach and leadership development consultant, Christina has supported clients in effectively addressing the following key questions:

  • How do we effectively integrate cultures during global mergers and acquisitions?
  • How do we accelerate the development of our internal leadership capability to meet succession needs and growth goals?
  • How can we shift from a subject matter expert mentality to a trusted advisor, client value focus over the next 12-18 months?
  • How will we change and engage talent in the midst of downsizing, and or rapid growth, and market changes?

As a former Director of Learning and Development at Fidelity Investments, Christina brings first-hand management experience to her leadership consulting work with senior executives from around the world. She developed her external consulting experience by working with global L&D to serve clients such as WPP, McKinsey Consulting, and the BBC. She has also worked with leading firms in financial services, retail, marketing, health care, and public service organizations including Fidelity Investments and Discount Tire Company.

  • Ed.D. in adult learning and leadership, Columbia University,
  • MBA in management, Northeastern University,
  • BA in interpersonal and organizational communication, Northeastern University.
