Denise Rabius

Denise provides leadership development and coaching to executives in challenging environments. She specializes in designing and leading executive development programs for Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and startups. Denise partners with her clients to provide comprehensive leadership assessments and training that set the tone for the culture of the organization. Denise is known for developing authentic leaders and creating strong contributing teams.

Denise brings over 25 years of management experience to her practice. Prior to her consulting work, she led the Advanced Technology Business Development Group at Microsoft. At the Stanford Graduate School of Business, she is a leadership facilitator for the Organizational Behavior courses, and the Executive Education Programs. She is also an instructor for the Stanford Continuing Studies Program.
