Eamonn Ward

Global Practitioner

Eamonn has over 30 years experience working in organisations ranging from small family owned businesses to large multinational corporations.  His primary expertise lies in the coaching and development of managers and leaders at all levels to reach their fullest potential.  He sees the role of leaders who are competent in the knowledge and skills of professional people-management, as the critical determinant in creating and delivering personal and organisational success.

Key points of exploration centre on the quality of our relationships and how they are managed, and on what types of repetitive patterns of thought and behaviour we exhibit which either foster or impair effectiveness, and ultimately, commercial success.  In many cases the opportunity for organisations and individuals to significantly improve their effectiveness lies in helping them to identify and resolve real or self imposed barriers and limitations.
